I'm Michelle, founder of The Valley Host, home and vacation rental management company rooted in Napa Valley and built around a commitment to exceptional service, thoughtful hospitality, and meticulous care.

With nine years of project management experience at Google, I bring a strong foundation in organization, communication, and operational excellence to the management of every home. Over the years, The Valley Host has grown to manage a diverse portfolio of Napa Valley properties, giving our team firsthand experience in the details required to care for exceptional homes and deliver consistently high standards.

Today, we specialize in full-service management for permitted vacation rentals, private estates, and second homes. From property oversight and maintenance coordination to housekeeping, guest services, and home preparation, we provide homeowners with a trusted local partner who can handle the details when they can't be there.
